Greg Oster

I am a retired Police Officer, serving for 35 years. I started teaching Patrol Tactics and Use of Force in 1987 and firearms related topics in 1992. I was on our Special Operations Unit (SWAT) for 22 years, serving as a sniper and entry team member.

I was a Patrol Officer, Mountain Bike Patrol Officer, Patrol Sergeant and Lieutenant over our Training Division.

I am an Idaho POST (Peace Officers Standards and Training) Firearms Instructor and NRA Law Enforcement Instructor for Pistol, Shotgun and Rifle.

Jennifer Oster

Jen retired from Law Enforcement after 26 years of service. She was a Patrol Officer, School Resource Officer, Bike Patrol Officer, and SVU (Special Victims Unit) Detective.

Jen is a NRA Certified Range Safety Officer and a great resource for our training programs.

Vince Baertschi

Vince is the owner of our partner company, SPEAR Consulting, LLC. Vince is true relationship builder and problem solver. He began his career in the snow ski industry in the '70's, then worked for SMITH Optics. He currently is a product consultant for several Idaho based companies to include Eye Safety Systems (ESS).

SPEAR Consulting, LLC provides "Specialized Performance Equipment & Advanced Resources", which is a brand building vehicle for public safety and military / government clients.

Vince is an NRA Certified Instructor for Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Range Safety Officer (RSO). He is a passionate long range precision rifle and sporting clays shooter!
